Come watch a compelling documentary about a 70-year-old playwright and why she created Claire, a fictional character navigating the challenges of aging, family, and the consequences of ignoring fall risks. Participants will view the documentary, take a fall risk survey, and join a lively discussion with local experts equipped with tools for promoting health and mobility. This program inspires behavior change by connecting attendees to actionable resources and community support and empowers individuals to create safer environments and make healthy decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
