Five Risks, Two Services, One Plan

Safety Isn’t One Thing—It’s Five.

Falls, fires, medication issues, social isolation, and driving risks are the biggest threats to older adults' independence—but most are preventable. Limitless Living Solutions helps seniors stay safe, confident, and independent at home, while Limitless Driving Solutions provides expert guidance for safe driving, on-road evaluations, and planning for driving retirement—covering all five SAFE-D™ risk areas:

Slips & Falls, Alerts & Fire Safety, Food & Medications, Engagement & Connection, and Driving

Stay Safe at Home with Limitless Living Solutions.

  • Falls: 1 in 4 adults over 65 falls each year.
  • Fire: Older adults are twice as likely to die in a house fire as younger adults.
  • Medication: Taking 5+ medications increases the risk of dangerous errors.

Falls, fire hazards, risks associated with medications, social isolation, and normal changes in aging can lead to serious injuries, hospitalizations, and loss of independence—often creating stress for families. The good news? Many of these risks are preventable.

Limitless Living Solutions helps older adults stay safe, confident, and independent at home through personalized occupational therapy that addresses falls, fire safety, medications and nutrition, engagement and connection, and overall health. Our SAFE-D™ approach combines home safety, strength-building, and practical strategies to protect independence and peace of mind.

With occupational therapy support, you can reduce the risks of falls, fire hazards, medication errors, and social isolation through personalized home assessments, balance and strength exercises, and practical strategies—helping you stay safe, confident, and independent in your daily life.

Falls, fire, medications, and social connection challenges can threaten independence—Limitless Living Solutions helps seniors stay safe, healthy, and confident at home.
Limitless Driving Solutions addresses driving risks with on-road evaluations, adaptive strategies, and planning next steps to keep seniors mobile and independent.

Drive Safely with Limitless Driving Solutions.

  • Americans now live an average of 7–10 years beyond their ability to drive safely (AAA, 2021).
  • Drivers 70+ Have Higher Crash Death Rates Than Middle-Aged Drivers.

That’s why driving retirement is becoming an essential part of aging well—just like planning for finances or healthcare.

With occupational therapy support, you can prepare for the road ahead through education, screenings, and strategies to stay safe while driving—and learn alternative transportation options for when it’s time to stop.

A driver rehabilitation specialist is an occupational therapist with advanced training in assessing and supporting safe driving. At Limitless Driving Solutions, we provide personalized driving risk assessments, comprehensive behind-the-wheel evaluations in your own environment, adaptive equipment recommendations, and step-by-step guidance for safe driving or planning your next steps.

Our goal is simple: identify risks, strengthen driving skills, and build a clear plan for safe driving—or guide a smooth, supported transition into driving retirement—when the time is right.

Follow up

First, we'll have a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation to meet each other, and answer any questions you have.
At this time, we will also collect your physician and insurance information and discuss the typical process and expectations for the services you are interested in.

We come to you and create a plan that fits your needs.
We assess you, your home, and the daily tasks that matter most. If you need a driving evaluation, we do the clinical testing in your home and the behind-the-wheel testing in the areas where you usually drive. Every service includes a clear report with recommendations and resources tailored to you.

Follow-up visits to work toward your goals, educate, establish adaptive strategies and home exercise programs, train on home modifications and equipment, practice adaptive driving equipment, or provide caregiver training will be scheduled as needed.

3 Steps to Your Personalized Plan

1

Comprehensive Evaluation

We’ll obtain your doctor’s referral and then review whether your services are covered by insurance or require private pay, so you’ll know any out-of-pocket costs upfront. Next, we come to your home for a thorough interview and use evidence-based assessments to identify your needs and prioritize services—whether that’s driving safety, home safety and fall prevention, or daily home management, such as medications—to support successful aging in place.

2

Personalized Plan

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan centered on what matters to you—building the skills, confidence, and safety needed to stay independent. Your plan may include practical strategies, affordable equipment, or home modifications to make daily life easier and reduce fall risk. We also offer driving rehabilitation to support safe mobility or guidance for planning driving retirement when the time is right.

3

Collaboration

First, we include caregivers every step of the way, offering guidance that empowers your loved one while supporting independence.

Our team connects you with trusted community partners in areas such as contractors and home maintenance services, in-home services, elder law and estate planning, mental health, and social engagement. Together, we create a coordinated plan that keeps your loved one safe, confident, and supported at home.
